Terms and Conditions
By enrolling your child in any class or program run by Early Movers Academy, you agree and accept the Terms & Conditions of Early Movers Academy, binding yourself to them.

Health & Risk
​
You affirm that your child has not experienced any medical condition, disease, injury, disorder, or, are currently experiencing untreated health symptoms that will make participating in an Early Movers Academy class or program unsafe.
You understand the health and safety risks associated with your child participating in our classes or programs, and additionally accept to be bound by the terms and conditions. ​​

Missed & Make-Up Sessions
​
If your sports sessions are due to take place on a public holiday or if your coach is unable to attend a session, Early Movers Academy will encourage your centre to arrange a make-up class. If this is not possible, or if your child fails to attend the make-up session as organised, a refund will not be available. If a sports session is missed due to circumstances not caused by Early Movers Academy, make-up sessions and refunds will not be available.

Class Dates
​​
Early Movers Academy classes run weekly for 48 weeks per year, being divided into four term blocks of twelve weeks each. Classes will not be held through the first and final two weeks of each calendar year.

Term Blocks
​​
Term 1: Weeks 3-14 of the calendar year
Term 2: Weeks 15-26 of the calendar year
Term 3: Weeks 27-38 of the calendar year
Term 4: Weeks 39-50 of the calendar year

Fees
​
If your child participates in a parent pay program, the cost is $10 + GST per class. Early Movers Academy will provide an invoice once per term labelling these fees. If your child enrols after a new term block has started, you will not be charged the full term amount, only for the remaining sessions of the term block.
Early Movers Academy cannot accept casual bookings or pro-rata weeks your child may not be in attendance of our program.
If you are currently undergoing financial hardship, please contact info@earlymoversacademy.com so we can assist you in organising an appropriate payment plan. ​​

You understand that if you refuse or have failed to make payments for your child, they will be removed from Early Movers Academy’s sport program, and may not be re-entered unless outstanding payments have been made.

Social Media, Photography & Privacy
​​
During our sport sessions, your Early Movers Academy sport coach may take photos and videos of your child. In enrolling of your child in classes or programs run by Early Movers Academy, you agree to the following use of these photos or videos by Early Movers Academy:

For social media platforms of Early Movers Academy including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.

For promotions or advertising including pamphlets or flyers, as well as our website www.earlymoversacademy.com.au.
Photos or videos of your child during our sports classes or programs will only be of access to the sports coach who captured the photo or video, as well as the Early Movers Academy board and social media team.

If you would not like photos or videos of your child to be taken by Early Movers Academy, or have any concerns around this, please email info@earlymoversacademy.com.

Providing your personal details when enrolling to Early Movers Academy’s program will remain private. This information is only utilised by Early Movers Academy to track fees or payments and as contact details for reasons relative to your child and our program.

Refunds
​​
If your child fails to attend their sports session, a refund will not be available. For long duration holidays or if your child has experienced a long-term injury or sickness which will last longer than three weeks, please contact us on info@earlymoversacademy.com to have your fees adjusted during this time period only.

Early Movers Academy will not provide refunds or reimbursement if you wish to cancel your child with sessions remaining of the current term block.

Early Movers Academy will only offer a change of mind refund if your child is not willingly participating or enjoying the program after their first two sessions of new enrolment only. Following the first two weeks, change of mind refunds will not be available. ​​​

Enrolment & Cancelling Enrolment

Enrolment is assumed in accordance with our class dates and term blocks, and is assumed for the full length of the year. Once our annual class dates have come to an end, all enrolments will be cancelled. If you wish for your child to participate in our program for the following year, re-enrolling them is required.
To cancel enrolment from Early Movers Academy, contact info@earlymoversacademy.com and request for your child’s enrolment to be cancelled. Following this, Early Movers Academy will cancel your debit at the end of the term, removing them from the program. Early Movers Academy will not provide reimbursement if you wish to cancel your child’s enrolment with sessions remaining of the current term block.​​

Wet/Extreme Weather
​
Early Movers Academy requests all centres which host our program attempt to cater for wet or extremely hot weather conditions indoors. If it is not possible to run the program inside, we must abandon the session on that day. If a make-up class cannot be scheduled with the centre, a refund will not be available for that day. Due to our coach’s busy schedules, Early Movers Academy can provide a maximum of two make-up sessions per term.
